Stay ALYF Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking Policy
Booking confirmation - A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment from the guests. Upon confirmation, Stay ALYF will provide a Booking Confirmation Voucher, granting guests permission to check in to the property on the specified dates. It's important to note that guests will not be permitted to check in without this voucher.
Booking Amendments
Stay ALYF will make every effort to accommodate reasonable modifications or changes requested by the guest, but it should be noted that certain changes may not be feasible. Additionally, charges may be applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for bookings with full payment completed. No refunds will be granted for bookings with partial payment. Refunds will be adjusted for any acquisition costs (such as agent fees, commissions, or platform fees) already incurred for the booking. Service costs (if any) initially charged at the time of booking will not be included in the refund amount.
Security Deposits
Guests are required to provide a “Security Deposit” by a specified date determined by Stay ALYF, as per the unique circumstances of each case. This deposit will ensure the proper and safe use of the Property. It may be utilised to cover any damages or losses incurred during the guest's stay, including but not limited to damages caused by the guest, necessary cleaning requested by the guest. If no damages occur, the deposit will be refunded upon check-out. Stay ALYF will communicate the deposit amount and any associated conditions in advance. Failure to fully pay the security deposit may result in denial of access to the Property.
